Mark Linnell is a successful mediator and accomplished business improvement specialist and negotiator with a unique array of skills and approaches proven to overcome barriers, devise interventions to quickly resolve disputes. He has the ability to connect with people, build rapport and keep the "customer" front and centre, thanks to his wide experience in retail business and his time in the Army.

Consistent and dependable in his approach to any business issue, Mark has managed a wide range of disputes arising from alleged breach of contract, professional negligence, defamation, and he has comparable experience in property, pension funds and company partnerships; he also specialises in developing productive dialogue processes for specialist areas including joint ventures, strategic alliances and co-branding.

Following his career in the Army he has held positions a director of Neighbourhood Stores PLC (7-Eleven) and McLane Company in the UK (a division of Wal-Mart). Mediation was a natural extension of his interests and skill set leading to his accreditation as a commercial mediatior by CEDR in 2005.
